RS Systems recruits candidates for several positions such as Nurses, Lab Technicians, and Physical Therapists etc. RS Systems will process H1-B visas for all eligible candidates. All candidates considered for employment in the U.S. must satisfy CGFNS requirements. Foreign-trained nurses/technicians must meet the following qualifications:

All candidates are required to submit a passing score on

• CGFNS
• TOEFL/TWE/TSE/MELAB (Either the TOEFL, TWE, and TSE, or the MELAB, Parts 1, 2, and 3, and the Speaking Test. For the TOEFL, TWE, and TSE, registered nurses must submit a score of 540 on the written TOEFL, or 207 on the    computer based TOEFL, 4.0 on the TWE, and 50 on the TSE. For the MELAB,    Parts 1, 2, and 3, and the Speaking Test, must submit a combined score of    79, with at least a 3+ on the Speaking Test).
• All Registered Nurses must obtain CGFNS Certification or certification from an independent credentialing organization approved by either the Attorney General or the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services or    must pass the NCLEX-RN Examination.
• State Licensing: The NCLEX-RN is the examination that registered nurses are required to pass in order to obtain a nursing license in the U.S. The NCLEX is required by every U.S. state Board of Nursing. 85% of the U.S. state boards    of nursing require foreign nurses to pass the CGFNS in order to be eligible to write the NCLEX. These include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas,    Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho,    Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland,    Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New    Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma,    Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont,    Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming. This examination is  currently only available in the U.S.
